Complimentary Webinar Replay

Your event is in a rut, but what can you do about it? How can you push everyone to be more creative? Where should you seek inspiration? What’s the best way to bring in new perspectives? And finally: how do you prevent the group from getting stuck again? Teams get stale from time to time for all sorts of reasons. After all, everyone sees the same data, interacts with the same people, and has the same conversations, so it’s no surprise that the ideas feel as though they’ve all been done before. But you can get your people back into the groove with a little work.

In this webinar replay, you will:

  • Explore the attitudes, behaviors, vocabulary and skills that contribute to effective team collaboration, creative thinking and problem solving.
  • Develop an understanding of creativity styles to enhance individual, team and organizational creativity and performance.
  • Learn how to apply a selection of creative thinking methods, tools and techniques to prototype better events.
